15 year female, was diagnosed with some osteolytic lesion in neck of femur, and was treated with curretage & fibula strut grafting done elsewhere, now presented with unable to walk, fresh xray shows complete resorption of neck, what r d management options for this child ?

Sanjay Joseph Girdlestone now. THR after skeletal maturity in consultation with the patient.

  Anuj Agrawal The hip is non-salvageable. The management options include arthrodesis, girdlestone, Ilizarov hip reconstruction and THR.
  I would opt for an arthroplasty. No need to wait in a 15 year old girl.
